Message From The Founder

Revival. I want a revival. A revival within every person who professes that he or she is a Christian. It matters not to which church you go. It matters not in what part of the world you live. I just want a revival. A revival that will break down the walls of division that we have allowed the evil one to form amongst us. Ecumenism in its purest form to put the devil back where he belongs – beneath the feet of Christians! The longest prayer that Jesus said was in John 17 where He expressed His desire that we may remain one. Oneness. Unity. Strength. Power. His Spirit is upon us all so let us unite and build His Church. We are His church and meant to be His sanctuary and dwelling place. Let us unite each one of the little churches that we are and worship God in Spirit and truth. Just imagine all those lights within us aflame!!

My passion for this revival may be considered quite queer and peculiar. I actually did something recently – I dyed my hair red. Contrary to what some may think, this was not really a fashion statement and not meant to be permanent. It was simply to remind myself whenever I look in the mirror to be on FIRE for Christ. It coincided with my birthday anniversary and my preparation for the Feast of Pentecost which always signifies for me the awakening of the Holy Spirit within us as a result of that Upper Room experience at the very first Pentecost in the Book of Acts. My husband saw my hair upon his return from work, blinked real quick twice and did not utter a single word. Bless him!! He has been such a support in this spiritual journey of mine and I thank God for giving him to me on this earthly pilgrimage.

This website is inspired by the third person in the Holy Trinity whom few people recognize – God, the Holy Spirit. It has been in the making since the life in the spirit seminar I attended at Divine Mercy Catholic Church in September 2015 and the Kerygma course that ensued. The seminars brought me face to face to my need to identify my spiritual gifts which God had deposited within me and to bring the gifts to the fore. Guess what my dominant gift was? Writing. I had my first diary when I was thirteen years old and I can remember the figurative resurrection I felt whenever I put pen to paper. Over the years, the person to whom I write “dear diary” has evolved from an imaginary friend, to my guardian angel and now to the Holy Spirit. The pen has also been replaced with a keyboard or a stylus, but I still enjoy using the odd pen once in a while.

I am a scribe. This was confirmed to me when I had a chat with an ex-colleague of mine who confirmed the word “scribe” which had been floating around in my head for a while. I was uncomfortable with the use of the word since what I knew of scribes where the words of condemnation Jesus would utter to the scribes and pharisees. I kept on hearing the words “Woe to you scribes” in Matthew 23 and it didn’t sit well with me.

However, on further research (which I love doing), I discovered that the scribes were actually meticulous teachers who would transmit and interpret the religious texts and who could think and do so with such clarity as to break down God’s Word to the people and help them practice it. A laudable skill no doubt, but this same attention to detail and their meticulous nature would be what would lead them to lose the essence of the religious texts and bind themselves and those they were to enlighten to the burdensome legalism. This would mean that the scribes would stick to the letter and the text of God’s word instead of the Spirit and would miss the desire from God to give Him true worship in SPIRIT and TRUTH.

My mission is to bring us ALL back to connect to God’s Spirit in His Word. My mission is to help us ALL practice God’s Word in our daily lives and in the world around us. My mission is to bring to the fore thorny issues that may arise from the misinterpretation or misapplication of what the bible says and what the Spirit intends us to take from it, in order for the Spirit to truly abide within us and connect to God the Father and God the Son as it constantly seeks to do.

I pray that as you read the messages, thoughts, discussions that are on this website, God’s Spirit within you will be set aflame as will the gifts He brings and you will use them to glorify your Heavenly Father as we are all mandated to do. I pray that your inner man will truly connect with the Spirit as you delve into the messages and Scriptures so that you too will be on fire for Christ and echo the words of those on the Resurrection Day when they said in Luke 24:32.

“Was not our heart burning within us, whilst he spoke in this way, and opened to us the scriptures?”

Thank you for subscribing to this website and may God continue to do His work in you, with you and through you in Jesus name. Amen.
